it wont.. and IF you get close and it screams, and YOU RUN AWAY.. that means.. it knows its plan is working.. so everytime you go away, he thinks ” hey if i keep shouting , he come close”
SO LET HIM SHOUT. keep close.. take the cage and put it next to you. or put ur chair close to the cage and do everything near the bird. eat near him, read a book close to him, talk to him softly.. work on it, everyday.. parrots and birds take alot of patience.
