remodeled cage and now quaker parrot wont get off the side bars?

She is acting a little scared I suppose??? She is on the side of the cage and won’t move unless I try to get her. She is running on all 4 sides but won’t get on none of the new perches I put in? Has this happened to anyone else before?

    She just has to get used to them, because they are new, and she doesn’t know whether they are safe or not.

    Yes this happens all the time. As Scott A said she just needs time to get used to it.
    One tip I would give you is that when you want to change something in the cage do it slowly. One item at a time. This will give your bird the time she needs and might provide some entertainment for her.

    Just give him time. Just scared of the new arrangment
