would a cage this size be suitable for a green cheeked conure or a princess (of wales) parrot/parakeet?

its not curvy anywhere. just a big rectangle, more horizontal than vertical.

looked prettttyy big. it was on a stand too.
cj what do u mean by out not up?
it does go out- horizontally like a flight cage. its not like fully vertical (up?)

nope!!!!!! it has to go out not uppp they have more room to fly around and be freee it is so much cuz the stand it is a waste

That size would be fine for the conure, but cramped for the princess parakeet, for which a 24″ depth would be better (they’ve got long tails). You didn’t mention bar spacing; 1/2″ would be fine for either.

that cage is fine for the conure, but since wales parakeets tails are too long fr this one, it will cause the feathers to looked disheveled and dirty. but for a conure it is fine, i actually have a larger parrot that is in an almost excat cage as the one you are describng.

I have at least 12 Princess parrots and would never dream of putting them in anything UNDER 2 metres by 2 metres. They are a bird that needs to fly, even when caged and having free flying time. They stress in anything smaller than the size I stated and prefer more space than even that size. Beautiful birds but they quickly get sick and die when stressed and caged inadequately.
My main aviary is 10 metres by 3 by 3 metres.
